Sound sleep

Many studies and experiments have concluded that the human body needs around 7-8 hours of sleep everyday. Sound and adequate sleep will help improve health whereas the lack of it can make one feel irritated, frustrated and grumpy the whole day.

Some of the tips for a sound and deep sleep are,
– develop a sleep routine with a fixed time line
– follow a proper diet for the dinner
– get done with dinner at-least couple of hours before going to bed
– turn of the lights
– create and get accustomed to a white noise
– preferably lie flat on the back for a good posture
– avoid using mobiles/laptops

Sleep better to live better.
