Right from childhood we have been advised to pick up a sport to inculcate discipline in what we pursue. Sport in general helps one to stay fit. Picking up a sport at an early age has many pros as it helps the kids to channel their talent and skill with a more organized work ethics and strives them to work hard to achieve success. Sport also helps with handling success and failures as one gets more exposure to such experiences they could very well carry those lessons forward for their future life.
Any sport involving physical activity is even more better as it helps with improving fitness and stamina needed for a healthy life.
