Stress is a common tensed emotion or a feeling that is prevalent across the human society. Stress if not managed properly can have all the undesirable effects on our mind and body, as it drains all the energy leaving us depressed. Each individual will react different when put through a stressful situation and as the person matures they learn to deal with it in a way they are most comfortable.
